Recreation Committee

The Recreation Committee focuses on the needs of the pool, tennis courts and fitness facilities. The Committee:

• Ensures facilities are properly maintained and operated in a safe and secure manner.

• Works with the Policy Committee to ensure policies are up-to-date.

• Advises the Board and management on needed repair, replacement, and maintenance issues on recreation facilities.

• Assists the Board and Management in developing solicitations, evaluating contractor bids, and monitoring contractor performance on contracts involving recreation facilities and services.
