Policy Committee

The Policy Committee supports the Board and the association by ensuring the Master Deed and all policy statements are up-to-date.

The Committee:

• Revises the Master Deed for ratification by the unit owners.

• Recommends the addition of new policies.

• Along with management, the committee reviews the facts when alleged violations of the Master Deed, By-laws, or policies are reported and provides the Board with its findings and recommendations for action.
