Finance Committee

The Finance Committee works year-round to monitor community expenditures and financial needs.

The Committee:

• Reviews monthly statements for accuracy.

• Works with management to prepare annual budgets for submission to the Board of Directors.

• Reviews replacement reserve and other investment strategies to maximize investment income.
