Elections Committee

The Elections Committee administers the process of voting and participation at the Place One  Annual Meeting of owners. The Committee ensures the annual meeting and owner voting process is conducted in accordance with the Condominium Documents, Association By-laws, and the Virginia Condominium Act.  The Comittee:

• Coordinates Board elections.

• Prepares and distributes annual meeting packages.

• Administers the voting at the annual meeting of owners.

• Facilitates voting for Master Deed Amendments.
