Building Committee
The Building Committee serves as the focal point for all structural, mechanical, electrical, and aesthetic improvements to the property.
The Committee:

Conducts periodic walkthroughs.

Advises residents of safety and security issues.

Advises the Board and management on needed repair, replacement, and maintenance issues.

Assists the Board and Management in developing solicitations, evaluating contractor bids, and monitoring contractor performance.

Works with the Finance Committee on maintenance of the replacement reserve schedule.
